Donna J. Leindecker

It is with a very heavy heart that we announce the unfortunate passing of the beautiful and loving Donna Jean Leindecker on September 6th, 2023, at the age of 53. Donna passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home. 

Donna was born on October 7^th, 1969, in San Diego, California, to Donald Leindecker and Bobbie Mallard. She grew up in various towns, including Chicago, IL, Rosenberg, TX, and East Bernard, TX. She graduated high school at Brazos High School in Wallis, TX. 

Donna was a bright and humorous woman, known for her laughter, caring attitude, thoughtful ways, and loving yet unapologetic personality. She touched the lives of many throughout her lifetime by being her funny, caring, unapologetic self. She had a deep love for the beauty of life’s little moments and enjoyed the simple things in life. She enjoyed visiting the beach, watching dolphins swim in the ocean, caring for animals, dancing like no one was watching, cooking, making jokes, and being with the people that she loved. Donna will always be remembered for her kindness, her sense of humor, and her undeniable love for her family and friends. 

Donna is survived by her father, Donald Leindecker, her sisters, Pamala and Crystal Leindecker and Leslie Templeton, her children, James Leindecker and Demmi Wenske, and a host of other family members and friends who will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her mother, Bobbie Mallard, her stepmother and mentor, Mary Leindecker, and her sister, Nancy Brown, among various other family members and friends. 

A memorial service to celebrate Donna Leindecker's life will be held on September 16^th, 2023, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., at Stone Creek Funeral Home in East Bernard, TX. The family welcomes all friends and well-wishers to attend and share their fond memories of her in a respectful manner.
